We will process your order as soon as you have submitted it and completed the status of payment; normally 1-2 days are needed for this. And then please allow us 5-7 business days for delivery via EMS Express Mail, but very sorry that we do not offer overnight shipping.

4. How much should I pay the transportation charges for each order and how can I track my parcel online?

14. How come I haven’t received my refund yet?
We process all refunds within 24 hours. All refunds are immediate if you paid by PayPal, and you can see them in your account. If you still have problems, a reference number will be offered to you, using which you can contact PayPal and ask them how come they have not credited your account yet.
If you paid by credit card, refunds are not instant. All Visa transactions are processed Monday through Friday, at 12:00am EST. After your refund has been processed by Visa, it will be accepted by your issuing bank, which will then post the refunds to your account. If the funds are still not showing on your credit card more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will provide you with the transaction ID so that you can contact your issuing bank and inquire about the funds.

Products featuring both wood and sterling silver should be cleaned with a standard polishing cloth. If using a silver polisher, please do not apply it in areas that that have wood or stones. The wood elements are natural and do not have any coating. By repeating to leave it in a dry or humid area, there is a chance that the wood will crack. Please use a pure beeswax polishing compound to maintain the wood.
